World Freerun Ents is a partnership between Urban Freeflow and its agents and business managers, All Our Business (AOB) www.allourbusiness.com. Urban Freeflow is the leading Freerun/Parkour organisation worldwide, developed around the online freerun hub, www.urbanfreeflow.com. It was founded by Ez, a global pioneer of the Freerun/Parkour movement, as exemplified by the commercial activities (more info here), as well as by many other community initiatives, including workshops with young people and training the police force and Royal Marine Commandos.
Freerun began as an urban expression of freedom and athleticism in Paris in the mid-1980s Its exponents perform breathtaking combinations of running, climbing, jumping, vaults, lips and spins, across urban landscapes.
From small screen, high-impact documentaries (“Jump London” and “Jump Britain”) to Hollywood’s big screen (“Casino Royale” and “Bourne Identity”) and countless commercials in between, the spectacular feats of freerunners - variously described as artistes, athletes or simply life-stylists - have enjoyed global exposure. Despite this general awareness, freerun has preserved its mystique, arousing curiosity and admiration for its practitioners everywhere. The “Jump…” series in particular established London as a focal point for freerunners and the development of their online community.
